Hi, my name is James Myers.  As a Barrie area native I’m very aware and appreciative of all that this city and surrounding areas have to offer. You know you have been around a while when you watch a building being torn down and you say “I remember when they built that”! Barrie is situated around beautiful Kempenfelt Bay which provides year-round appeal and opportunities for its citizens and those in surrounding areas.  Skiing, both cross country and downhill, exist just outside the city limits. Lots of parkland and recreation services are available throughout the city and many incredible boat friendly lakes within an hour or two drive of Barrie.

 I first dabbled in Real Estate in my twenties when I began buying as an investor.  My passion for the profession was immediately apparent and I earned my Realtor license in 1998.  The rewards since then have been innumerable.  Now I also get to enjoy helping others; whether clients are buying as an investment, looking for a starter home, looking to upsize or downsize, or selling an existing property. Every client, like every house and transaction, are unique and will have my individual attention from the beginning of the experience to the end.
